Leave Your Troubles at the Door, 6-8 p.m. Feb. 19 at Orchards Tap, is a completely improvised stand-up comedy showcase where the audience’s problems help create the topics of the jokes on stage. Audience members anonymously write their problems down on pieces of paper, put them in a box before the show and then many of the best comedians from the Pacific Northwest and beyond take on those issues with their on-the-spot jokes. It’s a rare comedy show where instead of the comedians joking about their problems, they joke about yours! You may walk away from the show feeling at least slightly better. This month features Juan Duran (Underbar Comedy Night), Kyle Adams (The Dope Show) and Amanda Lynn Deal (Willamette Week’s Funniest Five, F*cks of Life), hosted by Chris Hudson. This is an ages 21-and-over show. Admission is free. Learn more and RSVP at eventbrite.com/e/leave-your-troubles-at-the-door-stand-up-comedy-tickets-1236638070759.
