Low Waste Living: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

The Clack County Composter Recycler program is offering a free recycling class from 6:30 to 8 p.m. May 1 at Waste Connections of Washington, 12115 N.E. 99th St., Suite 1830. Students will learn how to be expert recyclers and understand why only certain items can go into the blue recycle cart and glass bin.
