Mixed-media Abstract Art Workshop

Pamela Johnson will host a Mixed-media Abstracts Workshop from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. May 8 at the Vancouver Arts Hub, operated by theARTScentered at 1007 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Students (beginners welcome) will explore color, texture, mark-making and layering using mixed-media techniques. Students will learn approachable methods to create non-representational art, discover the power of intuition in the creative process and play with pattern, texture, collage and paint to create an 8×10 artwork.
