Mother’s Day Clay at Kilnfolk

Kilnfolk Clay Studio, 108 W. Sixth St., Vancouver, will offer a Mother’s Day Clay Workshop from 3 to 4:30 p.m. May 11. Hand-build a mug, vase, planter or trinket dish with your mother with step-by-step instruction. Students can add your personal touches with stamps and decorative techniques. After the workshop, Kilnfolk staff will fire the piece and it will be ready for collection in three to four weeks. Glazing options are available at an extra cost. Complete the experience with a  spring arrangement from Foraged & Folk Co, which will have fresh, seasonal blooms available for purchase at the studio throughout the weekend.
