Mother’s Day Marbled Coin Purse Workshop

Thiselle Creek Farm will offer a Mother’s Day marbled coin purse workshop from 9 a.m. to noon May 10 at 26903 N.E. CC Landon Road, Yacolt. Students ages 12 and older will create leather coin purses using vibrant marbling techniques to transform leather into works of art, followed by lacing techniques to put it all together. All materials will be provided to create one coin purse per person, including leather pieces, dyes, tools and protective gear. Non-alcoholic beverages and treats will be served.
