NatureScaping workshop: “Bring Nature to Your Doorstep” Outdoor Design

NatureScaping Wildlife Botanical Gardens will host a workshop, “Bring Nature to your Doorstep: Planning and Designing with Nature,” from 10 a.m. to noon Jan. 20 at CASEE Center, Bldg. B, Room 205, 11104 N.E. 149th St., Brush Prairie. Landscape architect, ecologist and environmental educator Jane Tesner Kleiner will share planning and design techniques to bring more nature into yards. The class will discuss ways to use locally sourced native and landscape plants. Students can bring photos or Google aerial maps of their properties to assist with planning and design.
