Northwest Children’s Theater presents Elephant and Piggie’s “We Are in a Play!”

Northwest Children’s Theater presents Elephant and Piggie’s “We Are in a Play!” at the new Judy Kafoury Center for Youth Arts, 100o S.W. Broadway, Suite T-100, Portland. Meet “bestus friends” Gerald the Elephant and Piggie the Pig. Together, they tackle friendship’s big questions: What happens when two friends want to play with one toy? What do you wear to a fancy party? And will anyone say “Banana?” The play is best suited for children ages three and up. Showtimes are 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, April 29 through May 28, with an audio described show at 2 p.m. May 13, an American Sign Language-interpreted show at 2 p.m. May 20 and a sensory-friendly show at 11 a.m. May 21.
