Oregon Ballet Theatre presents “Dreamland”

This spring, Oregon Ballet Theatre explores the mysteries of the subconscious mind with Dreamland, a program of three ballets presented at the Newmark Theatre, 1111 S.W. Broadway, Portland. Oregon Ballet Theatre’s performances are characterized by groundbreaking works highlighting innovative choreography in an intimate setting. In “Dreamland” the company presents the return of audience favorite Matjash Mrozewski’s “The Lost Dance,” and two Oregon Ballet Theatre premieres: Trey McIntyre’s “In Dreams” featuring music by Roy Orbison, and the title work “Dreamland” from former Australian Ballet star turned choreographer, Danielle Rowe.

Tickets range from $29 to $108, available at my.obt.org/overview/dreams. Performances are 7:30 p.m. April 8, 9 and 10 and at 2 p.m. April 9 and 10.
