
Kindred Vancouver, 2213 Main St., Vancouver, will host a workshop from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. April 11 teaching attendees how to make “plarn,” or yarn from upcycled plastic grocery bags. Plastic yarn is a durable, eco-friendly resource for weaving, knitting, crocheting and crafting. Attendees can bring their own bags from home or use bags provided by Kindred.
