Roger Waters performs at Portland’s Moda Center

Roger Waters will perform at Portland’s Moda Center, 1 N. Center Ct. St., Portland, at 8 p.m. Sept. 10 as part of his “This Is Not a Drill” tour. The concert is a rock and roll and cinematic extravaganza performed in the round, an indictment of the corporate dystopia in which we struggle to survive and a call to action to love and protect our precious planet.
