“Shut Up and Write” Writers’ Group at White Oak Books

White Oak Books, 1700 Main St., Suite D, Vancouver, will offer a “Shut Up and Write” writers’ group in partnership with the local Shut Up and Write chapter. The group, 5:15 to 6:45 p.m. Tuesdays, is designed to help writers of all kinds—students, professionals, academics and hobbyists—come together and focus on writing anything from novels and essays to letters. No one will read or critique writing. The group starts with introductions, followed by focused writing and a final check-in to share progress. Afterward, writers can stay to chat.
