STRivE is for anyone who wants to improve or maintain their mental wellness. Confidential, open class (enter any week). Ten sessions providing education and tools for first steps toward a successful and sustained recovery from mental and emotional challenges. This no-charge support/educational group covers weekly topics such as improving self esteem, managing impulsive behavior, effective communication, creating social support, and more.
