Chef Fabiola Donnelly will offer a tamale-making workshop from 2 to 4:30 p.m. June 7 at Class Cooking, 110 E. 15th St., Vancouver. Students will make tamale dough and filling from scratch and go home with handmade tamales. (Students should bring Tupperware). The class fee of $113.89 includes ingredients, tools, recipes and instruction with demonstration plus hands-on cooking time learning to make chicken, pork and corn tamales.
