The Daughter of the Pioneers of Washington Chapter #19 will meet at the Battle Ground Community Center from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Oct. 5.

Member Kathy Box will share stories of real-life adventures about her pioneer ancestors from her second recent historical book, They Were Dreamers and Doers: Pioneer Faith in Action.
