The Judy Kafoury Center for Youth Arts Grand Opening

Northwest Children’s Theater’s new home, The Judy Kafoury Center for Youth Arts, aka The Judy, will house performances, classes, movies and more at 1000 S.W. Broadway, Portland. The Judy’s grand opening is noon to 1:30 p.m. April 29. This event is free to the public and will showcase local artists. Attendees can tour The Judy and see the many performance rooms and learn about rental opportunities. Guests can also buy tickets to the first shows at The Judy (“Elephant and Piggie’s ‘We Are in a Play'” from April 29 to May 28 followed by “Cinderella” May 5-21) or sign up for camps for kids ages 4 to 14 (spring break camp, March 27-31; spring classes, April 8-June 4; and summer camps, June 19-Aug. 25).
