The Master Gardener Foundation of Clark County opens for applications

The Board of Directors for the Master Gardener Foundation of Clark County is accepting 2020 grant applications from local organizations for projects that encourage conscientious gardening. Eligible projects will educate people on research-based horticultural practices that preserve or enhance our environment. In 2019, the Foundation awarded 17 grants totaling over $35,000 for horticultural education activities including community gardens, demonstration gardens, and school garden support.

Applications must be received at the Master Gardener Foundation Office at the 78th Street Heritage Farm before 5 pm on Oct. 25, 2019. Grants will be awarded in January 2020.
