The Squires Electric Extraordinary 5K

The Squires Electric Extraordinary 5K supporting the Hough Foundation is at 9 a.m. April 29, starting at 695 Waterfront Way, Vancouver. Participants needn’t be runners; they can run, walk, hop or crawl to the finish line. The $35 registration fee benefits The Hough Foundation. Registration and packet pick-up starts at 8 a.m. on the morning of the race. The course follows the scenic Vancouver Waterfront with stunning views of the Columbia River. Each racer will receive a high-quality t-shirt or tank, finishers medal along with some other fun gifts. The race is flat and kid-friendly; kids 12 and under can join for free. Craig Stein Beverage is supplying a post-race beer at Main Event, 800 Main St., Vancouver (coupons are included in the racing packet). Race sponsors are welcome; contact trina@squireselectric.com.
