Vancouver Barracks in 3D

Historian and retired U.S. Army Major Jeff Davis will share stereoscopic images taken at Vancouver Barracks in the 1870s and 1880s. The technique of combining photographs to create a three-dimensional effect, or stereoscopy, dates to 1838. The program, 6:30-8 p.m. June 26 at the O.O. Howard House, is free.
