Winter Gnomes Workshop at KilnFolk

KilnFolk Clay Studio, 108 West Sixth St., Vancouver, is offering a Winter Gnome Hand-Building Workshop from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 16 for $65 per person. Guests will craft their own ceramic gnomes with step-by-step guidance. Adults and children ages 8 and up are welcome. No experience is necessary. Add details like fuzzy hats and snowy beards. After the workshop, KilnFolk will bisque fire each piece and glaze it one color. To get more creative with glazing, students can return and use any glaze for an additional $20.
