Winter Warmth Soup Bowls Workshop

Kilnfolk Clay Studio, 108 W. Sixth St., Vancouver, will offer a Winter Warmth Soup Bowl-making workshop from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Jan. 12, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 18 and from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Jan. 29. Attendees will create a ceramic soup bowl using rolled slabs with the guidance of a studio instructor. This workshop for ages eight and above is made for all skill levels, even absolute beginners. A portion of the workshop proceeds will be donated to FISH food pantry. Kilnfolk will kiln fire the bowls with a single-color glaze and students can return in a few weeks to collect the bowls.
