Woodland Winterfest

Woodland will host Winterfest from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Dec. 3 starting at Hoffman Plaza, across from 100 Davidson Ave. at Dunham Avenue and Goerig Street. Hear the Woodland High School Jazz Band and enjoy a complimentary latte, mocha, hot chocolate or hot cider. Miss Woodland and Santa Claus will light the new community Christmas tree at 6 p.m. Then follow Santa down Candy Cane Lane to the Park Pavilion and enjoy a winter wonderland of light displays while the Woodland High School Choir sings Christmas carols. Santa and Mrs. Claus will have gifts for the kids and there will be free hot dogs, cookies, hot chocolate and hot coffee.
