Yoga with Chaney on Zoom

An event every week that begins at 9:30am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Practice yoga from the comfort and safety of your own home. This class will by a dynamic series of movement for all levels. We will move slowly, practice mindfulness, and focus on self-care “together.” Online Yoga classes by Chaney are being held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays on Zoom. Feel free to share this class. Yoga is Chaney’s gift to you during this time. Email Chaney at firstname.lastname@example.org to get signed up for future Zoom sessions. Tips for using Zoom: Before class make sure to download the app. Chaney will email you the link ahead of time and at 9:30am you will want to click on the link to join the meeting. Your sound and video will be off so you will want to “join audio” so you can hear Chaney but make sure to keep your side muted so the group won’t get distracted by any background noise coming from your location. Lay back and listen/watch as Chaney guides you through the motions.
