TOPS WA #1056 is a weight loss support group. Meetings are every Wednesday at the Church of the Nazarene, 16807 NE Fourth Plain Rd., from 8:10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The program is design to help with weight loss and support attendees on their individual weight loss journeys.
