Art at the Cave gallery hosts a free Artist's Talk from 1 to 2 p.m. on the third Saturday of every month at 108 E. Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver. The new Two Rivers Heritage Sculpture in Washougal's Reflection Plaza will be celebrated with an installation ceremony from 3-5 p.m. Oct. 18.
