Salmon Creek United Methodist Church, 12217 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, will host Bells of the Cascades for the handbell ensemble’s “Winter’s Tale” concert at 4 p.m. Dec. 20. Adult tickets are $20 and student tickets are $5 at the door. Children under 6 are free.
