The Scooped Ice Cream Festival is 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. July 19 and 20 in Esther Short Park in downtown Vancouver. The festival features 50 flavors of all-you-can-eat ice cream, plus live music, roller disco dancers, food and drinks and games. Tickets range from $27.50 to $127.50 at scoopedicecream.com.
