Attend a free paper shred event in the parking lot of the Salmon Creek United Methodist Church, 12217 N.E. Highway 99, Vancouver, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 11. Cash donations will benefit Meals on Wheels People and food donations will be accepted for the Clark County Food Bank.
