Pearson features a flight simulator lab, vertical wind table, glider building, historic airplanes and collections on display, and various educational programs. The Fort Vancouver Regional Library district is hosting the "Soles 4 Souls" shoe drive from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25. The library is collecting new and gently used shoes for those in need. Drive in and drop off shoe donations at Vancouver Mall's north parking lot, 8700 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Vancouver.
