WSU Extension volunteers will offer free canning gauge testing through Sept. 30 at various locations in Clark County. To have a gauge tested, bring the lid and gauge attached. The Camas Earth Day Society will lead a community conversation about the future of housing in Camas from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Sept. 30 at the Camas Fire Department's community room, 4321 N.W. Parker St., Camas. The public is welcome.

Veterans of Foreign Wars Vancouver Post 7824 will host a tech recycling event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 4. Accepting computers, printers, monitors, phones, small electronics, etc. Please no tube televisions. Cash donations are also appreciated. Proceeds support VFW's community programs.
