Every Sunday at 9 a.m. from June 9-Aug. 25, Northwest Personal Training will offer free outdoor boot camp classes featuring full-body muscle and cardio workouts at neighborhood parks around Vancouver. Weekly Vipassana mediation sessions are 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Sundays at Art at the Cave, 108 E. Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver.
