The WSU Clark County Extension Master Food Preservers are a group of trained volunteers, under the direction of Zena Edwards, Food and Nutrition Faculty at WSU Clark County Extension. Under this program, we share information related to food safety and food preservation throughout Clark and Cowlitz County, at community events as well as specific classes intended to teach others how to safely preserve and store foods. This program is a rewarding way to serve your local community and make a difference in the lives around you.
