The Military Officer Association of America will host a Thanksgiving luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 20 at Cascadia Tech Academy, 12200 N.E. 28th St., Vancouver. The keynote speaker will be Washington's 17th District Representative and mayor of Washougal, David Stuebe. Tickets are $25.
