Northwest Personal Training will host a series of senior fitness classes on Wednesdays from 1 to 2 p.m. throughout the month of June and July.
This 8 week series starts on June 5 and includes exercise sessions, focused discussion, and will cover the essential factors of staying fit as one ages. Events will mainly be held in-person with a Zoom option available for those who would prefer to attend virtually.
