Camas High School Choir performs at Revolution Hall

The Camas High School Choir and composer Alicia Jo Rabins will join forces for “I Was A Desert: Songs of the Matriarchs,” a concert at 7:30 p.m. April 11 at Revolution Hall, 1300 S.E. Stark St., Portland. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. The concert is a multimedia song cycle interpreting stories of women in Jewish tradition. Music is inspired by orchestral indie rock, Appalachian folk and diasporic Jewish modalities. This concert will be interpreted by a certified American Sign Language interpreter.
