3Peaks Public House and Taproom, 24415 N.E. 10th Ave., Ridgefield, and the Friends of Ridgefield Community Library will host a fundraiser for the Ridgefield Library Building Fund from 6 to 10 p.m. June 29. Local country-western singer and former American Idol contestant Britnee Kellogg will perform. 3Peaks management will donate a percentage of all food and drink sales to the Ridgefield Library Building Fund.

Clark County is hosting its inaugural “Clark County 4th at the Fairgrounds” in partnership with ilani. This 4th of July event is a community centered event that will host thousands of people with for five hours of fun, food, and games, plus the Battle of the Bands, an Activity Zone, a beer and wine garden, and the spectacular firework display. Hear Dvořák's haunting fairy tale opera, "Rusalka," presented in concert version in its entirety, sung in Czech with English subtitles projected. The casts are a blend of local talent mixed with young professionals visiting from California, Washington State, Colorado, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and New Jersey. Performances will take place at 7 p.m. July 26 and 27, and at 4 p.m. July 28, with rotating casts. Admission is free, but donations are welcome.
