Grow Your Own Strawberries Workshop

WSU Extension Clark County Master Gardeners will offer a workshop on growing strawberries from 10 to 11:30 a.m. April 13 at the 78th Street Heritage Farm in Hazel Dell. The class provides an overview of different types of strawberries, planting and care. Learn about pests, diseases, storage and preservation. Learn how to plant (and take home) a bareroot strawberry plant. Class is both indoors and outdoors and requires walking on uneven ground. Dress for the weather and bring water.
