“30-minute Modern Classics” cooking class

Joe Morgan of Chef Joe Cooks is offering a “30-minute Modern Classics” cooking class at 6 p.m. April 10 at Chuck’s Fresh Market in Salmon Creek, 2302 N.E. 117th St., Vancouver. Students will learn to cook meals that can be prepared in a half-hour, such as sesame chile crisp noodles, shrimp scampi with miso butter, Thai basil chicken and a chorizo and black bean skillet chili.
