Clark County Food System Council’s May Eat, Drink and Be Local

Clark County Food System Council‘s next “Eat, Drink and Be Local” event is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. May 8 at Heathen Brewing Feral Public House, 1109 Washington St., Vancouver. The theme is “Thyme for a Spring Fling: Planting Herbs.” Farmers will offer a narrative about their process for growing herbs. Attendees will enjoy recipes straight from their fields. Eat, Drink and Be Local are gatherings for those interested in local food to get together in an informal setting to relax, enjoy each other’s company and network.
