Moves and Grooves Yoga and Sound Healing

Celebrate the autumnal equinox with a morning of yoga and sound healing at Columbia Tech Center Park Amphitheater from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Sept. 22 led by yoga instructor Adam Latham and certified sound healer Paul Summers, Jr. There’s a suggested donation of $20 to participate.
