WildSalt Studio is offering a Fall Cooking Class from 3 to 6 p.m. Oct. 20 at Class Cooking, 110 E. 15th St., Vancouver. Attendees will make comforting fall recipes with a pumpkin-forward fall menu. The class will make handmade pumpkin gnocchi, brown butter and sage pasta sauce, autumn crunch kale Caesar salad and pumpkin cheesecake bars. The $99 cost includes two hours of cooking and one hour of dining. Class members may purchase wine from the adjoining Burnt Bridge Cellars tasting room at a 20 percent discount.
