Burnt Bridge Cellars will host a Spanish Tapas cooking class with Fabiola Donnelly from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. April 18 at Class Cooking, 110 E. 15th St., Vancouver. Learn how to make several different classic Spanish tapas, such as, gambas al ajillo, pan con tomate and pisto. Class includes all tools, recipes and ingredients. This is all a demonstration class with no hands-on involvement. Attendees will eat each type of tapas as it’s made. The cost is $100.
