The city of Washougal, Cape Horn American Legion Post 122, Washougal Parks and Cemetery Board will host a Memorial Day ceremony at 11 a.m. May 26 at Washougal Memorial Cemetery, 3329 Q St., Washougal. The observance will feature a guest speaker, rifle salute, Taps and retiring colors ceremony. Complementary refreshments will be served.
