Adopt-a-Highway Clean-up Day in Battle Ground

Join Battle Ground Community United Methodist Church from 8 a.m. to noon May 18, June 15, Sept. 7 and Oct. 12 for “Adopt-A-Highway Clean-up Day.” Meet in the church parking lot at 10300 N.E. 199th St., Battle Ground. Volunteers will clean up litter along Highway 503, stretching from Northwest Onsdorff Boulevard to Northeast 132nd Street. Volunteers should wear comfortable clothing. Water will be provided. In case of rain, the event will be rescheduled to the following Saturday.
