Friends of Vancouver Community Library present the eighth annual Art4Art Fundraiser from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 3 at the library. Browse a selection of 8-inch-by-8-inch wood panels, each priced at $30, showcasing the styles and talents of local artists. Proceeds support the library.
