The Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation will host the 23rd annual Authors and Illustrators Dinner and Silent Auction at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 16 at the Hilton Vancouver Washington, 301 W. Sixth St., featuring Robert Dugoni, author of “The Extraordinary Life of Sam Hell” and other books. Tickets are $125 each; a private reception with Dugoni is an additional $30.
