Best Weigh Nutrition and Weight Management Group

Nicholas Will will lead a 10-week nutrition and weight management course at Whipple Creek Seventh Day Adventist Church, 302 N.W. 179th St., Ridgefield. The cost is $5 per person and includes all materials. Meetings include presentations, small-group nutrition exercises and discussion, personalized support, motivational information, weekly weigh-ins, prizes and awards with optional free follow-up after program completion.
