Bi-State Tolling Subcommittee – Interstate Bridge Replacement Program

All who are interested in the bi-state Interstate Bridge Replacement program may participate in this virtual public meeting of the Bi-State Tolling Subcommittee.

Community members may publicly comment toward the end of the meeting and may also submit comments in advance of or following the meeting.

The Oregon and Washington Transportation Commissions have entered into a bi-state agreement to proceed with a cooperative and mutual joint process for setting toll rates and policies for the I-5 Bridge over the Columbia River. The two Commissions have formed a subcommittee that will focus on assessing toll rate and policy options and will make recommendations to the full memberships of the Washington and Oregon Transportation Commissions for their consideration and action.
