The Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds will host the BlackPearl Halloween Horse Show from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. Oct. 11 and from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 12 in the Jack Giesy Arena. Admission is free for spectators but fundraising raffles will be offered to support the mission to bring joy and healing to horses and humans alike through equine performing arts.
