Camas Summer Concerts in the Park

Camas Parks and Recreation will host the Summer Concerts in the Park series in Crown Park, 120 N.E. 17th Ave., Camas. Concerts are 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 13 and 20. On Thursday, July 27, enjoy a DJ/radio format at grand opening of Riverside Skatepark, 2900 N.E. Third Ave., Camas, from 4 to 7 p.m. Additional concerts will take place on Tuesdays Aug. 8 at Crown Park and Aug. 15 at Fallen Leaf Lake Park, 2911 N.E. Everett St., Camas. Natalia’s Too food concession will be available at most concerts. Guests are also invited to bring picnic dinners or to purchase dinner from Top Burger, across the street from the park, or from other restaurants in downtown Camas.

The July 13 show features salsa and Latin jazz with Pa’Lante. The July 20 concert features Huey Lewis and the News tribute band Shades of Huey. The July 27 concert at Riverside Skatepark features a DJ and SameWave Radio. Aug. 8 is folksy pop with The June Bugs and Aug. 15 is soul jazz with 4 Kings at Fallen Leaf Lake Park.
