Cesar Chavez Day of Service at Pacific Park Natural Demonstration Garden

Washington State University Clark County Master Gardeners and Clark County Green Neighbors will host a Day of Service at Pacific Park Natural Demonstration Garden, 1515 N.E. 164th Ave., Vancouver, from 10 a.m. to noon April 1, in honor of civil rights leader Cesar Chavez. Tasks will include winter clean up, weeding and pruning. Volunteers should dress for the weather and bring water. Tools will be provided. Volunteers should enter the garden off N.E. 172nd, near the northeast corner of the park where the demonstration garden is.  Register at extension.wsu.edu/clark/community-education/workshops-events/.
